Study Group: The Sacroiliac Joint (SIJ)

Study Group Description

This study group is for students who have taken Your Song Is Your Strength (the breathing course) or Separate But Connected (the hip, pelvis and lumbar course) and want to review material covering the SIJ from those courses. We’ll learn what is known about SIJ movement, bust some myths related to SIJ “dysfunction,” and look at the research around SIJ pain. 

This counts for 1.5 review hours toward the completion of the full MSMS certificate program.
