Course Description
Join Cara Reeser in this 1.5 hour Low Chair class with a focus on leg strength, endurance, range of motion and balance.
Traditional and non traditional exercises will be explored working with progressions towards up-level exercises.
Students who attend live online should come ready to practice with a Low Chair.
This class will be recorded and the recording will be available for 30 days.
Props needed: 2 yoga blocks, s circular resistance band, a straight resistance band and a hand towel.
