The MSMS Advanced Movement Studies is a year-long certificate program that delivers the complete Movement Science Made Simple Curriculum through a structured, cohort-based model. Over twelve months, participants move through a sequence of seven core courses that bridge time-tested Pilates, modern biomechanics, and pain science.
The coursework is a mix of live online weekends and on-demand videos for self-study, supported by a dedicated online discussion group. It's structured but flexible: learn from anywhere, but not alone. The live online weekend dates are:
